Content Creator (Contract)

Work Location: ZETRIX Tower, Empire City Damansara Perdana.About the roleAs our Creative Content Creator, you are more than a producer — you are a storyteller, director, and architect of immersive digital experiences. You craft content that connects, engages, and inspires audiences while strengthening Zetrix AI’s global innovation narrative.In this role, you will develop high-impact content across digital, social, interactive, and video platforms. You will translate brand vision into compelling stories that elevate campaigns, enhance engagement, and highlight our thought leadership.Who we're Looking for● A Story Architect — Able to build narratives that educate, captivate, and inspire across various formats. ● A Digital Native — Passionate about social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and XHS, with a pulse on emerging channels. ● A Production Pro — Skilled in shooting, editing, and producing video, motion graphics, and interactive content. ● A Team Collaborator — Works closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers to bring ideas to life. ● A Creative Visionary — Confident in pitching ideas, articulating creative decisions, and elevating storytelling quality. ● A Time Master — Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.Key Responsibilities● Conceptualize, produce, and deliver engaging content across social, digital, interactive, and video platforms. ● Develop storyboards and transform them into fully executed content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. ● Lead end-to-end production for video and motion content, including scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery. ● Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content to reinforce Zetrix AI’s innovation narrative. ● Work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure content meets business and campaign goals. ● Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet technical, creative, and brand standards. ● Stay updated on trends, tools, and emerging platforms to ensure content remains relevant and innovative. ● Mentor junior creators and guide them in storytelling, creative execution, and platform best practices.Requirements● Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in New Media, Advertising, Graphic Design, Film, or related fields. ● 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or digital storytelling within an agency or in-house environment. Assistant Director/Producer experience is a plus. ● Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform campaigns, video work, and interactive content. ● Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut) and motion graphics. ● Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, and production workflows. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies. ● Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools (Google Veo 3, Krea AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Kling AI) is an advantage. ● Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills. ● Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus. ● Highly organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines, including staying late when required.What we offer● A creative-first culture at the cutting edge of Web3, AI, and digital innovation. ● Opportunity to produce visuals and content for groundbreaking, high-impact projects. ● A supportive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth. ● Contract options of 3 or 6 months, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role for outstanding performers.
