We encourage you to apply as early as possible.What's this role about?As part of the Governance & Experience organization, the Content and Creator Governance team safeguards the health and integrity of our e-commerce ecosystem. We focus on shaping policies, designing scalable programs, and building risk mitigation frameworks that ensure creators across our fast-growing LATAM region can thrive responsibly while delivering trusted experiences for users.As a Governance Program Manager, you'll work at the intersection of policy, product, and operations to support the growth of a safe and vibrant e-commerce creator ecosystem in LATAM. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to real-world policy design, cross-functional execution, and large-scale risk management.Examples Of What You'll Work On Support the design and rollout of content and creator policies and programs based on data insights and operational needs Assist in analyzing ecosystem risks and trends, building measurement mechanisms and mitigation signals to support platform integrity Collaborate with country teams to localize and implement global go-to-market strategies for new policies or workflows Coordinate cross-functional project plans and help drive execution across engineering, moderation, product, and operations teams Participate in defining success metrics and building dashboards to monitor ecosystem health and policy compliance Help manage escalations, communication, and reporting related to creator governance issuesQualificationsMinimum Qualification(s): BS/MS degree with a graduation date before December of 2026. High oral/written proficiency in English and Spanish is required, as this role operates in a global environment. Strong Analytical Skills – Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and drive decisions. User-First Thinking – Understand and anticipate users' needs to build better experiences. Drive and Adaptability – Thrive in fast-paced environments and navigate change with agility.
