Content Designer, London/Hybrid, 6 months, £500/day (Inside IR35)A good client of mine, a leading digital consultancy are currently looking to bring on a Content Designer on an initial 6 month contract to work on a big project for one of their end clients within the Insurance industry.Role overviewAs a Senior Content Designer, you’ll lead the way in creating clear, user-centred digital journeys across products and services. You’ll set the standard for great content design – mentoring junior colleagues and championing accessibility, inclusivity and best practice.Working across disciplines, you’ll use research and evidence to tackle complex problems. You’ll make sure our journeys are not only compliant, but also engaging, effective and aligned with business priorities.Skills and experience4–6 years’ experience in content design, UX writing or related rolesProven ability to design end-to-end content journeys and complex flowsStrong understanding of UX, accessibility and regulatory considerations (FCA)Skilled at using research, data and testing to make evidence-based decisionsExperience working with CRO and product teams to improve conversion ratesProficient in Agile ways of working, influencing and facilitating workshopsDesirable: Experience leading content initiatives and mentoring
