Role Description: The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances brand visibility, drives engagement, and supports business growth. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking, ensuring that all content initiatives align with marketing objectives, audience needs, and brand identity. The Content Marketing Manager will oversee the creation, optimization, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising platforms.Key responsibilities include planning and managing the editorial calendar, coordinating content production, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communications. The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—such as design, product, sales, and communications—to produce impactful storytelling that resonates with target audiences. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and applying insights to refine future strategies.The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and highly creative, with a deep understanding of content trends, SEO best practices, and audience behavior. They should be able to balance storytelling with performance-driven goals and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute an integrated content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, writing, editing, and publishing.Oversee and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery.Optimize digital content for SEO, engagement, and conversion performance.Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors to create diverse, high-quality materials.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure impact and inform future strategy.Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all content channels.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging content tools.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or editorial management.Proven track record in developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable results.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and commercial teams.Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.This position offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s voice and influence audience engagement on a global scale.
