Job Title: Content Creator & SEO Specialistlocation : MohandsenFull Time - Onsite 10-6 one hour break - two days offResponsibilitiesContent Creation:- Develop high-quality written content (articles, social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts) aligned with the brand’s identity and audience.- Write engaging, persuasive, and value-driven content for multiple platforms.- Generate creative ideas for campaigns and innovative content to increase engagement and reach.- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.Search Engine Optimization (SEO):- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.- Optimize website pages and blog articles (On-Page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, internal/external linking).- Monitor and analyze performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).- Develop strategies to improve rankings and increase organic traffic.- Collaborate with developers and marketing team to implement Technical SEO best practices.Additional Tasks:- Stay updated with digital marketing and content creation trends.- Work closely with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns.- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.Requirements:- 3 years of proven experience in content creation or SEO.- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).- Solid knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar).- Familiarity with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.- Creativity, adaptability, and ability to create content tailored to different audiences.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Benefits (customize based on your company)- Creative and supportive work environment.- Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities.- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
