The individual in this role will be responsible for crafting and managing marketing communications, creating press releases, and developing strategic communications plans. The role also includes maintaining relationships with stakeholders, driving public relations initiatives, and ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of all brand communications.Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach specific audience segments.”Analyze audience behavior and performance metrics to optimize targeting and message personalization.Lead digital marketing initiatives including segmentation, audience profiling, and campaign optimization .Qualifications·        Experience in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.·        Strong ability to identify, segment, and reach the right audience through data-driven strategies.·        Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Google Ads, CRM platforms).·        Ability to create personalized and impactful messaging for different audience segments.·        Experience in audience profiling, lead generation, and optimizing campaign performance.·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field·        Familiarity with sustainable practices and environmental initiatives is a plus
