We Are Hiring: Media BuyerLocation: On-Site – [Mohndiseen] Job Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Media Buyer to join our Marketing Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with the company’s marketing objectives. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of the GCC market, and proven experience across multiple industries, including E-commerce and Restaurants.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other advertising platforms.Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate) to ensure continuous improvement.Conduct detailed audience research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support campaign strategy.Develop and manage media budgets efficiently while maximizing performance outcomes.Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present insights with recommendations for future optimization.Coordinate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.Perform A/B testing for audiences, placements, ad formats, and bidding strategies.Ensure accurate tracking, pixel implementation, and proper setup of events across platforms.Stay updated on new trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertisingJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in media buying or digital marketing.Proven experience working in the GCC market, with solid knowledge of regional user behavior.Experience working across multiple industries, especially E-commerce and Restaurants.Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
