APPS IT is looking for a Contingent Workforce Administrator - Remote opportunity!Job Title: Contingent Workforce AdministratorLocation: RemoteDuration: 6-12 months (Possible extension) Position SummaryThe Contingent Workforce Administrator is responsible for supporting and administering contractor and contingent workforce operations across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless contractor lifecycle management, maintaining data integrity across multiple systems, and delivering high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in contractor management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.Key Responsibilities•Administer and support end-to-end contractor management processes, including contract extensions and ongoing worker lifecycle activities.•Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day contingent workforce inquiries, ensuring timely case management, issue resolution, and exceptional customer service.•Maintain, track, and report data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.•Manage documentation and records with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.•Actively participate in continuous process improvement discussions and initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.Balance multiple priorities effectively while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.Required Qualifications•Proven experience in contractor management and recruitment within a contingent workforce environment.•Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload independently.•Demonstrated ability to deliver professional, high-quality written and verbal communication with strong business acumen.•Experience managing cases and resolving issues efficiently in an operational setting.•Advanced attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.•Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Preferred Qualifications•Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).•Experience using Smartsheet and working with PDF documentation.•Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data across multiple platforms.Key Competencies•Customer-focused mindset•Independent and self-directed work style•Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills•Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
