Continuous Improvement Leader & Process Engineer (Contract)

This position is part of our G&A team and will report to the SVP of Operations.Contractor ResponsibilitiesLead Value Stream Mapping workshops to analyze current processes and design optimized future workflows that reduce waste and improve performance. Manage improvement projects by translating process designs into actionable plans, tracking KPIs, and ensuring sustainable execution. Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify bottlenecks, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement across teams. Build business cases for change by quantifying financial impact (ROI, cost savings, revenue gains) and aligning initiatives with strategic goals. Influence and mentor through data-driven storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching on process improvement methodologies. Contractor RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence roles. Demonstrated experience facilitating Value Stream Mapping activities. Strong project management skills with ability to deliver initiatives from concept to execution. Proven ability to build and present business cases with financial justification. Proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in technology-enabled process improvement (automation, AI, workflow tools). Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks (Kaizen, Theory of Constraints, Business Process Management).
