Contract Analyst - REMOTE

Do you want to be part of the TOP Healthcare company in the world taking care of Med Tech?We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Specialist to support clinical research operations through expert contract management.You’ll be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts from design to execution, while liaising with internal stakeholders including legal, clinical, and finance teams. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple departments and the opportunity to lead smaller projects.Location: Remote from Belgium (only candidates legally resident in Belgium)Employment Type: 40h a week. Initial contract as external for 12 months, high possibility to be extended to 24 months and permanently after that.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, negotiate, and manage clinical trial and vendor contractsAnalyze Fair Market Value (FMV) to support budget development and documentationCollaborate with legal, clinical, reimbursement, and other teams on agreements and informed consentsTrack contract progress, compile data, and maintain historical recordsApply critical thinking to contract redlines and escalate appropriatelyLead smaller projects with oversight from senior professionalsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior managementRequirements:Law/Legal Bachelor’s degree in with 4+ years of contract experience, or advanced degree (JD, Master’s) with 2+ yearsExperience in Contract negotiation for Clinical trialsStrong communication and customer service skillsCritical thinking in a matrixed, cross-functional environmentFamiliarity with legal terms and budget/finance basicsExperience managing moderately complex contract negotiations
