For an European institution in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a hybrid Senior QA Test Engineer. Candidates need to be based in Belgium or willing to relocate to Brussels, when coming from abroad. Candidates need to be willing to work 1-2 days on-site.Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is not provided. This position is open for contractors.Tasks and Responsibilities:Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures;Provision of quality plans and service level agreements;IS Quality control and evaluation;Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects;Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests;Advice on quality improvements;Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology;Coordination of test campaigns;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;+11 years of IT experience in IT;Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager;+5 years of experience with defining and documenting Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Results;5+ years of experience in executing Manual Tests;Good knowledge in planning and creating Automated Tests;Expert in manual and automated testing technologies, tools and techniques;Good knowledge of information system quality assurance, quality control practices, quality procedures;Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle;Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile);Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools;Fluent in English;Interested: If you are interested in this opportunity, please forward your CV to resume@all-european-careers.com.Following countries are part of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
