We aim to be your trusted partner and the first choice for your technological challengesSystem EngineerLocation: Brussels, BelgiumWork Model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week on-site)Languages: Dutch or French (C1 mínimum) + English (B2 minimum)Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for BelgiumNOTE: Due to the high volume of applications received, candidates who do not meet the specified criteria may not be contactedAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Expert IT System Engineer with deep Kubernetes expertise to lead, guide, and enforce best practices throughout the migration from TKGI to OpenShiftKey Skills and ExperienceProven experience as an Expert IT System Engineer in Kubernetes environments.Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes, with strong practical experience in complex environments.Experience supporting complex migrations in enterprise environments.Deep, expert knowledge of Helm and Kustomize, including the creation and maintenance of reusable templates.Confirmed hands-on experience with OpenShift and its ecosystem.Solid experience with GitLab, including repository structuring and CI/CD integration.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design, optimisation, and automation within GitOps practices.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical Kubernetes expert throughout the migration.Validate designs, configurations, and compliance with GitOps standards (ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm, Vault).Support teams with namespace migrations and operational challenges.Provide direct technical assistance, acting as a backup for senior engineers.Conduct code, design, and pipeline reviews; correct faulty approaches; secure deployments.Define and structure a clear, simple, and reproducible migration method.What We Offer:Permanent Contract (CDI) – Long-term stability.Attractive salary based on your experience and skills.Additional benefits: Meal vouchers and eco-vouchers (electronic), DKV hospitalization insurance, company laptop, holiday allowance, and year-end bonus.Vacation: 20 paid leave days + 12 RTT days.Free training (technical, behavioral, language) and certificationsContinuous and personalized career progression supportOpportunities to work on projects with cutting-edge technologieAt Moongy Group, we stand for equality and diversity.
