Roles: Business AnalystProject: Loan portfolio data reviewLocation: London (hybrid 2 days per week)Contract: Initial 6 months (long term scope)Rate: £500/d inside IR35X4 Group are partnered with a global banking client's Group Treasury function to hire a contract Business Analyst to support a key legal workstream within their collateral platform and associated regulatory change programme.Responsibilities of the Business Analyst (Loan Portfolio)Analyse and validate loan portfolios, assessing existing documentation and identifying gaps ahead of legal review.Review proposed amendments and advise on remediation of loans in line with industry standards.Prepare structured loan data packs and concise summaries of key legal and commercial terms.Map contractual terms to Treasury, regulatory and operational requirements to ensure full alignment.Identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and collaborate with regional stakeholders throughout the workstream.Requirements of the Business Analyst (Loan Portfolio)Loans/legal project experience: Proven track record delivering projects across legal workstreams, loan data and treasury/liquidity initiatives.Collateral knowledge: Strong understanding of collateral processes in the context of liquidity and funding.Treasury knowledge: Solid grasp of treasury operations and associated risks, including funding, liquidity and operational exposures.Liquidity metrics: Familiarity with ILM, LCR, NSFR, PRA110 reporting, etc.Analytical and collaborative skills: Skilled at assessing portfolios, identifying gaps, recommending remediations/solutions and collaborating across diverse teamsThe client are interviewing from week commencing 24th November, with view to starting in early December (or January, depending on candidate availability), so please apply online now for immediate consideration.
