Control Tower Executive

About the role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Executive to join our FMCG (Client) operations team in Karachi. You will act as the central point of coordination—tracking shipments, identifying bottlenecks, and driving quick resolutions to operational challenges.What You Will Do:Oversee and monitor daily logistics operations for FMCG accountMonitor, track, and report shipment statuses, proactively identifying and resolving potential disruptions.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance performance.Maintain accurate documentation and data for operational visibility and reporting.Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles (control tower experience preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics tracking tools.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.How We’ll Support You:We are committed to supporting you by providing ample opportunities, competitive compensation, and equal employment opportunities for your professional development and career advancement.
