We aim to create an authentic, unapologetic, and memorable brand experience for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Finance and Accounting, located in Islamabad. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, financial reporting, and budgeting. Day-to-day tasks include managing financial operations, conducting financial analyses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role requires working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.QualificationsStrong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and BudgetingExcellent Finance and Analytical SkillsAbility to prepare and analyze financial reportsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in managing financial operations in a corporate settingResponsibilities:•⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and statements.•⁠ ⁠Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.•⁠ ⁠Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.•⁠ ⁠Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.•⁠ ⁠Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.•⁠ ⁠Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.•⁠ ⁠Assist in financial analysis and reporting.•⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal teams and external partners for financial matters.•⁠ ⁠Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.•⁠ ⁠Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.•⁠ ⁠Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations.Requirements:•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Certification is a plus.•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts and finance roles.•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and time management skills.•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.•⁠ ⁠Experience in using accounting software.•⁠ ⁠Certification or coursework in accounting or finance is a bonus.
