Controller We are seeking a Plant Controller with strong experience in manufacturing, cost controlling, and accounting to lead the financial operations of our operations. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, cost analysis, inventory valuation, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and supporting data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Manage plant financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Lead cost-control initiatives and provide insights to optimize production efficiency.Oversee accounting processes, inventory valuation, and month-end closing.Monitor KPIs and prepare financial reports for plant leadership.Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling.Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.Excellent analytical and communication skills.
