This unique hybrid role blends operational management, executive support, and strategic business coordination. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient execution across the company.⸻Key Responsibilities    •    Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team (calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, etc.)    •    Manage and streamline internal operations, including HR, finance coordination, and vendor management    •    Support corporate governance, board communications, and investor relations    •    Prepare presentations, reports, and data analyses to support strategic decision-making    •    Assist with fundraising efforts, including document preparation and due diligence coordination    •    Oversee office systems, budgets, and compliance with company policies and procedures    •    Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives    •    Recruit and manage interns for tasks including LinkedIn and social media efforts⸻Qualifications    •    Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field)    •    MBA from an accredited institution (preferred, not required)    •    3–5+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or executive support roles — ideally within a tech, startup, or innovation-driven environment    •    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills    •    Proficiency with productivity tools and comfort learning and working in cloud-based applications⸻Why Join Us    •    Be part of a rapidly growing AI startup shaping the future of intelligent automation    •    Work closely with founders and contribute directly to company strategy and growth    •    Competitive salary and early-stage equity opportunity    •    Collaborative, high-energy culture with room to grow into leadership roles⸻To Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your background and interest in the role to [contact@email.com] with the subject line: Corporate Administrator – [Your Name].⸻Technical Experience •     Mastery of office productivity software (MS Office 365) and familiarity with any or all of; Slack, Box, Monday, Miro, Gusto, GoDaddy, Pulley, Sora, and other modern tools.•    AI prompt engineering experience with popular LLM’s such as Chat GPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc for research and related tasks•    Calendar and Meeting Management: Ability to manage complex and conflicting schedules, coordinate real and online meetings, and handle last-minute changes. •    Travel coordination using online and related systems for arranging flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing itineraries. • Create and Edit presentations across many media types for external uses
