You will lead corporate finance projects and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellency in the corporate finance services.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. • Capital Markets Board Advanced Level License is required; CFA Charterholders are highly desirable. • Candidates will be appointed based on their professional background, with 4–7 years or 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, research, asset management, or financial advisory. • Proven analytical acumen combined with strong project management capabilities. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage projects related to capital market transactions, including IPOs, debt issuances, M&A advisory, company valuations, and financial modeling. • Prepare comprehensive financial and analytical reports on companies and industries. • Conduct in-depth financial and market analyses to support transaction execution and business development activities. • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the investment banking and corporate finance sectors.Personal Attributes: • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach. • Client-centric attitude with a commitment to high-quality service delivery. • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage confidently with senior management and clients.
