Business Development & Lead GenerationIdentify and qualify high-potential corporate prospects within the travel, tourism, mobility, and rental sectors.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach activities.Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new corporate segments and expand market reach.2. Sales Conversion & Revenue GrowthConduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close corporate deals.Prepare customized proposals and pricing strategies tailored to client requirements.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.3. Corporate Client Relationship ManagementBuild, strengthen, and nurture long-term, value-driven relationships with corporate clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.Drive client retention and repeat business through effective after-sales support and issue resolution.4. Team Leadership & People DevelopmentLead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to meet and exceed business objectives.Assign clear performance goals, review progress, and provide ongoing coaching and skill development.Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.5. Strategic Planning & Market ExpansionContribute to annual business planning by establishing sales forecasts and growth strategies.Identify new partnership opportunities and build strategic alliances to support expansion.Ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and emerging market opportunities.6. Reporting, Analysis & Market IntelligenceMaintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM tools.Prepare and present timely sales reports and business insights for management review.Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.7. Cross-functional Coordination & ExecutionCollaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.Oversee the execution of client contracts and service agreements.Coordinate with internal teams to relay client feedback and support product/service enhancements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience in travel, tours, mobility, or rental-based industries.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key corporate accounts.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms.Willingness to engage in frequent client meetings and field visits.
