Corporate & Structured Finance Manager

We, as Çalık Enerji, offer the energy from nature to the people to build a better and sustainable future.Since its establishment in 1998, Çalık Enerji has become one of the world’s leading energy companies, bringing the energy of nature to the service of people through successful projects conducted across a wide geographic area encompassing CIS countries, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and the Balkans in order to create a better and sustainable future.Çalık Enerji is operating in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Iraq and Senegal with its 3 fields of activity; EPC Contracting Operations, Distribution-Retail and Renewable Energy Investments.We are looking for a "Corporate & Structured Finance Manager" to be assigned to our international projects;Qualifications;Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred,At least 8 years of proven experience in corporate and/or structured finance, with a strong preference for candidates with energy sector expertise,Comprehensive knowledge of finance structures, EPC business models, and guarantee facility mechanisms at the corporate or energy project level, Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and negotiations with export credit agencies (ECAs), development finance institutions (DFIs), and government bodies,Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage,Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced presentation skills, enabling effective communication of project concepts and deliverables.Responsibilities:Originate, structure, and negotiate financing transactions with international financial institutions, ECAs, development banks, and Commercial lenders,Lead the development and execution of bankable financing strategies, oversee the formation of EPC-F projects, and coordinate tasks with other departments and external consultants on tax, legal, and technical matters,Manage LMA-standard loan documentation and coordinate negotiations within the targeted facility, particularly for international bank/ECA-backed guarantee structures required for EPC projects,Prepare high-quality project teasers, board presentations, and documentation for both internal committees and external stakeholders,Oversee the complete financing lifecycle—from initial due diligence and structuring through to financial close and post-close compliance.Mentor and support junior finance team members, fostering professional development and technical expertise within the department.
