Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Director for Jungheinrich Turkey, a global leader in machinery sector.Summary of the PositionThe Finance Director will be leading the finance organization in Turkey, which includes the following functions: Local Accounting, Budgeting, Reporting, Financial Analysis, IT Management, Treasury, Procurement, Credit Management, Supply Chain and IT.More specifically, the Finance Director is responsible for:Day-to-day leadership and performance management of the finance teams, reliable, effective, efficient flow of processes and activities including the development of strong teams;Driving the implementation of standard processes and systems, in close collaboration and alignment with the Business and Group Finance function;Partnering with divisional business leaders and supporting decision making processes, while ensuring financial discipline across the different business lines (cash flow generation, cost management, ad hoc support);Overseing of financial controlling for the company's operations. Manage budgeting, income-expense analysis, cash flow management, and profitability reporting processes;Assessing the process of collecting and tracking financial information of the company, including its revenues, expenses, profits, assets, and cash flow. Maintain consistency and transparency by following IFRS standards and ensuring financial reporting to H/Q's;Leading financial planning, the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts. Optimizing financial outcomes through forward planning, ensuring alignment with company production strategies;Planning and performing local tax management and tax declaration activities. Conducting all activities related to tax planning and tax control;Monitoring and keep track of treasury operations. Managing daily treasury, payment, and collection activities, and perform bank reconciliations and recording duties in coordination with related central functions;Overseing company’s IT function, developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs. Create rational strategies for upgrading the company’s IT and network system.Directing the company’s overall supply chain operations, including planning, purchasing and inventory of raw materials, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods. Developing strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of supply chain operations.Required QualificationsUniversity level education in a business related field, Master Degree preferredA proven track record of minimum of 20 years in finance within a B2B multinational company; prior experience of at least 5 years within a similar role is mandatoryStrong follow-up and solid financial background estimating risksRelationship management at various levels inside and outside the organizationHigh sense of responsibility and work ethicsSAP and MS-Office knowledgeAdvanced level of English,(MY Danışmanlık Ltd.
