While shaping your career at Aksigorta, a truly unique journey awaits you one where your courage will make a difference, and you’ll leave your mark on a new era of insurance with an exceptional team.Would you like to become an Aksigorta employee and work at one of Turkey’s largest insurance companies, powered by the synergy of Sabancı Holding connecting Turkey to the world with its 16 companies across 9 industries and Ageas Group, a global player with 150 years of insurance expertise?Main Responsibilities• Establish and maintain effective communication with the investment community, analysts, and brokerage firms,• Communicate the company’s financial results, industry developments, and strategic objectives to investors in a clear and transparent manner,• Manage quarterly and annual investor presentations, analyst meetings, press releases, and roadshow processes,• Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and investor perception, and provide regular reports to senior management,• Provide advisory support to senior management on capital markets and corporate finance processes,• Ensure full compliance with Capital Markets Board (CMB) and Borsa Istanbul (BIST) regulations across all investor relations activities.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields,• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, capital markets, or investment banking,• Advanced proficiency in English,• Professional experience in banking, insurance, or financial services sectors,• Strong knowledge of capital market regulations, corporate governance principles, and financial reporting standards,• Proven skills in financial analysis, reporting, and presentation,• Advenced level SPK license,• SPK corporate management license,• Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.What Awaits You at Aksigorta?Hybrid Work Model: You can come to the office on the days you choose with your team members to socialize.Language Support: We enhance our English skills through online and free courses.Dress Code: We value comfortable working and do not enforce strict dress codes throughout the year!
