Finance Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:• Internal control management: financial management, accounting, audits, strengthen communication between the headquarters and the subsidiaries, with timely report of the business of the subsidiaries to the headquarters • Strictly review all business documents, ensure the accuracy, integrity and compliance of documents, ensure the legality of transactions and the rationality and compliance of expenses; master the authority of online banking of subsidiaries, and be responsible for the review of online banking payment nodes• Budget preparation and implementation: take responsibility for the overall budget estimate, cost and capital budget management of the region under its jurisdiction, and complete the budget declaration, implementation and control of all entities on time according to the financial requirements of the headquarters• Business analysis and financial analysis: prepare business forecast financial statements and actual performance analysis on a monthly basis• Tax and audit related work: take responsibility for local tax planning, and provide reasonable suggestions for the company's financial operation and tax status• Project financial work: Based on the company's process, provide all-round and full process project financial scheme support for the project, and improve the project operation performance• Assist the general manager and the sales persons as neededQualifications• Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance, economic management• Accounting professional knowledge, team communication and management ability• More than 5 years of related working experience, and familiarity with financial accounting process• Proficiency in English and TurkishPlease write your CV in English.
