Job Title: Cost Engineer Location: Company Headquarters – Tirana–Durrës Highway Salary: Negotiable, based on experienceJob Description: We are seeking a Cost Engineer to support the financial planning and cost-control activities of our projects. The role focuses on preparing cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up to date. The Cost Engineer will work closely with engineering, procurement, and management teams to provide reliable cost information that supports project decisions.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and update detailed cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects.Track project costs, compare actual expenses with planned budgets, and report variances.Maintain accurate cost databases and documentation.Support project teams with analysis on cost trends and forecast updates.Assist in preparing financial and progress reports.Ensure cost-control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:Previous experience in cost engineering, project controls, or a related field.Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost-analysis methods.Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.Detail-oriented and able to work with tight deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and management teams.📩 Interested candidates should send their CV to: rigerta.susaj@partner.al
