This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and safe handling of office equipment. All these activities are critical to delivering the best service to our clients.What You’ll Do✅ Receive, inspect, and record incoming equipment and supplies ✅ Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels in the system ✅ Prepare and dispatch orders for delivery, coordinating with drivers and service teams ✅ Perform regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records ✅ Ensure proper labeling, coding, and storage of products for easy identification ✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment ✅ Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure documentation accuracy ✅ Report on warehouse performance and suggest process improvementsWhat We’re Looking For✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations ✔ Education in Economics, Logistics, or related field preferred ✔ Strong organizational and coordination skills ✔ Basic technical knowledge of printers/copiers is a plus ✔ Proficiency in inventory management systems or MS Excel ✔ Valid driver’s license (Category B) ✔ Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safelyWhy Join Us✨ Competitive salary and benefits✨ Work with a leading technology solutions provider✨ Supportive team environment and opportunities for growth
