Based in Tirana with flexibility for remote work, the Travel Agent will manage travel reservations, arrange tailored itineraries, and support clients with all aspects of their travel plans. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, handling car rental bookings, assisting with travel arrangements, and contributing to sales efforts by advising clients on travel options and packages. The role requires seamless coordination between in-office tasks and virtual client interactions.QualificationsProficiency in Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including organizing accommodations, and comprehensive itinerariesStrong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the client travel experienceExperience in Car Rental and related logistical arrangementsSales abilities, including promoting travel packages, upselling services, and meeting client needs effectivelyExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and maintain flexibility in a hybrid work modelFamiliarity with travel industry software and platforms is an advantagePassion for sustainable travel and knowledge of ethical tourism practices is a plus
