Working within a vibrant and passionate team of recruitment and sales professionals, you will bring your energy and enthusiasm to help grow the firm by ensuring the growth and smooth running of our Travel, Locums, International, and Permanent Healthcare staffing operations out of the PhilippinesAbout the Role:The Country Head will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and will be responsible for the smooth running and strategic growth of the company's existing onsite (US and Canada) business as well as help blueprint and execute growth in other lines of business in the healthcare space. The person will work with all stakeholders including Account Managers, Business Development, Compliance, and Recruiting Teams to establish a cohesive system that encourages sustained growth and ensures the organization stays fully compliant at all times.What will you be doing day to day?Lead by example, build strong internal relationships, and be responsible for managing internal KPIs for all teamsFormulate a strategy for trying new creative ways to achieve team targets for recruitment, compliance, and support teamsMonitor onsite leaders' satisfaction regularly through quality metrics and internal scorecardsOversee the entire process and identify efficiency gaps and work with management to develop processes that align with the organization's goals with a focus on improving speed, quality, and candidate experience while managing costs and maximizing ROI.Create new processes and design solutions that boost productivity and efficiency in all departments. Oversee operations for compliance and provide all the necessary tools and processes to ensure the organization is compliant at all times eliminating any risks and liabilities.Create new ideas for building and growing our database of healthcare providersImplement a platform to provide an excellent user experience for all healthcare providersKeep a close eye on all internal recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve productionProvide regular, accurate monthly and quarterly metrics and forecasts to the Management to allow future revenue and resource planning to be undertakenDevelop, manage, and implement strategies and tools to provide great candidate experience and ultimately bring in referralsHire trainees and implement an effective recruitment coaching & mentoring program Find new and creative ways to motivate staff membersCreate a great mentoring program to hire and train recruiters and help them build a healthy book of business.Find and fill gaps in payrolling, compliance, and provider care to increase retention.Attend relevant industry networking events that offer potential presenting and speaking opportunities to build brand recognition.Ensure all teams follow and adhere to TJC requirements, and organize the workplace with proper tools to clear any TJC AuditsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedYour Experience:10+ years of proven track record in the staffing industry.5+ Experience in healthcare staffing operations and P&L management.About Cynet Health:Headquartered in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Cynet Health is a Joint Commission Certified Workforce solutions company that helps our clients realize their talent potential through custom staffing & recruiting solutions.
