This role is for a future founder who wants to co-create and lead one of Agyle’s consumer product or lifestyle brand ventures.The RoleAs an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you will incubate, launch, and lead one or more Agyle-founded D2C brands under our collective. You’ll work closely with our strategy, operations, creative, and growth teams to identify market opportunities, develop proof of concept, and bring products to market that align with Agyle’s long-term portfolio thesis.This is a rare opportunity to work inside a venture studio that already has shared infrastructure — from fulfillment and marketing to data systems — so you can focus on what matters most: building a brand customers love.Key Responsibilities1. Market Discovery & Opportunity ShapingIdentify emerging consumer trends, whitespace opportunities, and scalable niches within lifestyle, wellness, or home categories.Validate market potential through data-driven testing and customer discovery.2. Brand Building & Strategy DevelopmentDevelop the brand thesis, positioning, and core identity aligned with Agyle’s brand DNA framework.Translate insights into MVP products and early-market offerings.Work with internal and partner teams on naming, design, and storytelling.3. Go-to-Market & Early TractionBuild the first 100–1,000 customers through scrappy and creative marketing tactics.Oversee digital sales, customer experience, and feedback loops across D2C channels (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).Track and iterate on key metrics: CAC, retention, repeat rate, and contribution margin.4. Scale Readiness & Systems ThinkingCollaborate with Agyle’s shared operations (finance, logistics, creative, tech) to design scalable systems.Prepare the venture for internal funding or external investment gates.5. Leadership & Team FormationEventually lead the brand’s founding team and take on a General Manager or Co-Founder role once product-market fit is reached.Mentor interns, freelancers, and cross-functional contributors as the brand grows.Ideal ProfileYou are:A builder at heart — you’d rather test a prototype this week than write a 20-page plan.Comfortable with ambiguity, but obsessed with clarity in execution.Fluent in both the creative and commercial sides of a brand.Passionate about consumer insight, design, and modern commerce.Excited by the idea of growing something from zero to ₱1M/month in sales — and beyond.Preferred Background:4–8 years in brand management, eCommerce, startup operations, or marketing.Experience in launching or managing consumer brands (personal or professional).Strong grasp of digital tools (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).Bonus: prior experience in venture building, incubators, or entrepreneurship.What Success Looks LikeWithin 6–12 months, you will:Have launched a minimum viable brand with real customers and traction.Have a clear path to scale — operationally and financially — supported by Agyle’s systems.Be positioned to take on a Founder/CEO role within the brand or spin out into your next Agyle-backed venture.Why Join Agyle BrandsYou’ll be surrounded by a collective of founders, operators, and strategists obsessed with building the next generation of Southeast Asian brands — not for hype, but for longevity.We move fast, share wins, and build sustainably.
