You are responsible for driving the company’s reputation, market share, and overall impact on the local market, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term success.Your mission is to ensure stable operations and revenue growth in the B2C segment. You will have oversight and coordinate all local functions: Sales, Moderation, Customer Support, Marketing and Operations. You will be the Company’s local representative and you need to ensure proper management of legal, financial and operational processes. Maintaining regular communication with HQ and key partners is essential for this role. The role entails much of people and team leadership and management. Your mission is to mentor and support teams and people to reach their full potential. Main ResponsibilitiesSales and Business PerformanceOversee the Head of Sales and ensure achievement of B2C targets.Monitor key metrics: ARPU, Tier Conversion, Retention, and the number of paid packages.Track Customer Service quality and satisfactions levels.Approve local campaigns and special offers. Marketing and PRSupport local marketing initiatives together with HQ. Represent the Company at local events, forums and meetings. Monitor competitor activity and share analytics with HQ. Participate in the approval of advertising and PR campaigns for the Cyprus market. Operations ManagementControl expenses, invoices contracts, and office infrastructure. Ensure timely submission of financial reports, taxes and legal documentation. Work with external contractors and partners, accountants, lawyers and administrative partners. Monitor the quality of moderation and Customer Success (response time, NPS etc.)Reporting and Communication with HQPrepare monthly country performance reports and quarterly reviews. Participate in weekly calls with the Director of Regional Operations.Ensure transparent communication between HQ and the local team. Resolve operational issues and eliminate bottlenecks. Team ManagementLead cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Moderation, Operations)Conduct quarterly reviews and set team and individual goals.Build a culture of accountability and results-oriented. Develop key employees through mentoring and feedback. Key MetricsB2C Revenue GrowthARPUB2C Retention RateCustomer Satisfaction (Customer Success and Moderation)Tier Conversion RateNPSCountry P&LRequirements5+ years of proven experience in leadership and team management roles, preferably in the e-commerce industry or digital companies.Proven experience in leading diverse teams: Sales, CS, Moderation, Marketing, Operations. Excellent command of Greek and English language (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Fluency in Russian language (both written and spoken) is a plus. Good knowledge of the Cypriot market and competition. Build and lead a high-performing local team that thrives on trust, transparency, and mutual support to achieve shared goals and win together.Capable of building strong networks and relationships with various stakeholders to work your way in the market.
