This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about financial markets and eager to build a career within a regulated brokerage environment.About the RoleAs a Junior Dealer, you will support the dealing desk in day-to-day trading operations, ensuring platform stability, accurate trade processing, and smooth execution across multiple trading systems. You will play a key role in the company’s 24/5 market coverage while developing valuable experience in exposure management and risk monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor trading platforms, price feeds, and liquidity in real timeExecute hedge trades and ensure proper booking and reconciliationsMaintain symbol settings, swaps, and spread configurationsPrepare daily operational and end-of-day reportsParticipate in morning/evening shift rotations to support 24/5 operationsCandidate ProfileWe’re looking for motivated individuals with:A strong interest in financial markets and trading operationsPrevious dealing experience (an advantage, not a requirement)Familiarity with MT5 or cTrader (a plus)Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureResidency in Cyprus or willingness to relocateQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalentIdeal for entry-level or junior candidatesCompensation & Benefits Salary: €20,000 – €30,000 annually Benefits:13th salaryAnnual performance bonus
