Almond Recruitment, together with our client—a well-established and highly reputable forex firm—is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Dealer/Broker to join their Limassol team. As part of an international group, our client remains committed to maintaining the highest regulatory standards while consistently providing exceptional service.The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Brokerage and Head of Portfolio Management, contributing to trade execution, risk oversight, and platform operations across the firm’s multi-asset infrastructure. The role will work standard working hours Monday-to-Friday with no shift work. ResponsibilitiesPerform user setup, group configuration, and symbol administration using MT4/MT5 Administrator and Manager terminalsSupport trade execution monitoring, stop-out/margin call management, and manual interventions as neededMaintain platform integrity and assist with plugin and bridge configurationsRespond to internal and client platform-related queries in coordination with the brokerage and portfolio teamsDocument system changes, platform configurations, and standard operating procedures for consistency and audit readinessSupport the Heads of Brokerage and Portfolio Management with real-time trade flow monitoring and position analysisIdentify risk anomalies or unusual trading activity and escalate when necessaryAssist with pre-trade checks and live P&L / risk exposure reviews across client accountsSupport ongoing analysis of liquidity, spreads, and execution qualityCollaborate with Compliance and Risk functions to ensure trading activities align with internal limits and regulatory standardsOperate and monitor bridges for liquidity routing and order executionTroubleshoot connectivity or latency issues and coordinate with tech vendors and IT teamsAssist in liquidity mapping and bridge configuration updatesReport critical connectivity incidents and participate in incident resolution processes as needed RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a brokerage, dealing, or trading platform operations roleStrong proficiency with MT4/MT5 Administrator and Manager terminalsWorking knowledge of bridges (ACT,PXM,OZ)CySEC Certificate (Basic or Advanced)Knowledge of CySEC reportingSolid understanding of FX/CFD trade execution, margin mechanics, and risk controlsStrong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressureAbility to work collaboratively with IT, Compliance, and Portfolio Management teams BenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical InsuranceCompany BonusContributions for work related training and professional examinationsStandard working hours Monday-to-Friday with no shift work. To apply for this vacancy please send your CV to jobs@almondrecruitment.org quoting reference CY22249L
