With a proven growth playbook, featured in Google and Meta case studies, Draivi is positioned to become a key player in Germany’s evolving fintech landscape.We’re now looking for a Country Manager to accelerate our growth in the German market by expanding our reach, increasing revenues and margins, and building strong local partnerships. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll have the autonomy, trust, and resources to build something significant while laying the groundwork for Draivi’s long-term presence in Germany, including the potential establishment of a local subsidiary and future licensing.While based in Germany, you’ll collaborate closely with our German-speaking HQ team in Helsinki and visit Finland a few times a year.Your ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the business performance in Germany, including P&L responsibility and growth strategy.Lead operations in Germany with support from a dedicated 3-person team in Helsinki (2 marketing specialists, 1 partner manager). You'll build local partnerships and market presence while leveraging our centralized expertise. As the market grows, you'll have budget authority to expand the team based on business needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (brokers, affiliates and other financial institutions).Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and partnerships to drive market growth.Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.Establish the groundwork for a local entity: evaluate and prepare for local company formation, potential licensing needs, and long-term compliance structures.Represent Draivi as a senior leader and brand ambassador in the German market.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in country management or a senior commercial leadership role.Strong existing network in the German fintech, lending, or digital finance ecosystem (preferred).Excellent negotiation, partnership, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven growth.Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and capable of operating independently with full accountability.Fluent in German and English.Background in performance marketing, digital media, or financial services is highly valued.What We OfferAutonomy and Trust: We value initiative and give you the freedom to make impactful decisions.Performance-Based Compensation: Competitive base salary complemented by a results-driven bonus structure with monthly payouts directly tied to revenue growth and profitability in the German market (bonus structure begins after 6-month onboarding period).
