Country Manager

We are looking for a Country CEO to lead our Slovenia operations.If you have a passion for sales, strategy, leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact at the country level.The Country CEO will be responsible for the overall management and smooth collaboration of different departments, working closely with our headquarters. You will lead the company’s sales, customer service, and collaborate with other departments. Your leadership will drive the execution of Skuba’s strategy and foster a positive working environment for all employees.RequirementsWe are seeking a professional seller with strong strategic thinking and a deep understanding of competitive advantages in the industry. You should be results-driven, data-focused, and capable of making decisions based on analytics, not just intuition.
