Retail Sales ManagerLevel: Mid-level managementFocus: Store-level or regional operationsLocation: Tallinn, EstoniaKey Responsibilities:·       Manage day-to-day operations of one (or later more) store with warehouse.·       Supervise store staff and ensure sales targets are met.·       Implement company policies and promotions at the store level.·       Report performance to higher management.·       Focus on execution rather than strategy. Responsibilities in details:Sales PerformanceSet and monitor sales targets.Analyze sales data and trends to improve performance.Develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability.Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise sales staff.Motivate the team to achieve sales goals.Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels.Customer ExperienceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.Implement policies to improve service quality.Inventory & MerchandisingOversee stock levels and inventory control.Coordinate product displays and store layout.Work with suppliers and manage deliveries.Reporting & AdministrationPrepare sales reports and present to upper management.Manage budgets and expenses.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Marketing & PromotionsInitiate and collaborate on promotional campaigns.Monitor competitor activity and market trends.Use customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.Company offer: Salary netto 2500 + bonus Company car, computer, phone.
