Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Kaunas with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Salesperson will be responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, and promoting the agency's talent and services. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, presenting models for projects, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align on goals and deliver tailored solutions is also a key part of the role. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationshipsOrganizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks and client managementKnowledge of or interest in the fashion, advertising, or entertainment industriesAdaptability and problem-solving skills for a dynamic work environmentProficiency in modern communication tools and CRM softwareAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
