We have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Portfolio Account Manager at Decodo, you will be the first fully dedicated key point of commercial contact for our clients, handling operational and commercial queries. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying business growth opportunities, building long-standing relationships with B2B clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and success.Your day-to-day:Engage in daily communication with a wide array of clients to ensure maximization of their business valueIdentify and utilize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a designated customer portfolioActively manage customer renewals, red accounts and billing processesCollaborate closely with the Customer Support team to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely follow-ups with customersTrack, monitor and report operational revenue metrics. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication on customer-related issues and concernsSupport the team by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to monitor and drive revenue & customer satisfaction growth metricsYour skills & experience:At least 2 years of experience in customer engagement (i.e. Sales or Customer Service) with a demonstrated ability to deliver positive results for clientsAbility to deliver positive results for customers by understanding business/personal needs and building strong relationshipsAbility to identify account expansion opportunitiesBeing a customer advocate - strong internal communicationExcellence in written and verbal EnglishObjection handling and proactive mindsetProficient in MS Office SuiteNice to have:Experience with Salesforce, Jira, PowerBI, MixMax systemsExperience with billing proceduresExperience with data analyticsSalary:Gross salary: 1990 - 3000 EUR/month.
