Job Description

Position Summary  The Creative Designer is a cross-disciplinary role responsible for executing high-quality creative work across branding, digital campaigns, UI/UX, Motion design, and presentation design. The role requires a highly versatile designer who can confidently take projects from ideation to launch - thinking strategically, executing precisely, and adapting designs for various formats and platforms. You will work closely with the creative, strategy, marketing, and development teams to craft visually arresting and conversion-oriented assets for both clients and platforms. Key Responsibilities  Branding & Visual Identity  Develop brand identities from scratch, logo systems, typography, iconography, color palettes, brand guidelines.Execute existing brand systems across multiple touchpoints (digital, print, social).Create brand toolkits and scalable visual languages.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to enhance creativity and innovation.Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and client deliverables.Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Digital Design  Design high-fidelity web layouts, mobile screens, dashboards, landing pages, and newsletters with a strong understanding of UX best practices.  Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining visual fidelity and responsiveness.  Use tools like Figma, Webflow, or Adobe XD for prototyping and hand off.       Content & Campaigns  Design engaging content for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, and content marketing (carousel posts, reels, infographics, GIFs).  Work with copywriters and strategies to build visual narratives that resonate with brand audiences.     Motion Design  Animate brand assets and social content for dynamic storytelling.  Create UI micro interactions, video transitions, and lightweight motion for digital products and campaigns.  Edit short-form videos and reels using Premiere Pro or After Effects.     Presentation & Pitches  Design systems & Quality Assurance.  Create and manage scalable design systems for clients and internal use.  Conduct internal QA before hand-off to dev, ensuring alignment between design intent and execution.     Requirements & Skills  At least 3-6+ years as a visual or product designer in a fast-paced agency or studio.A strong diverse portfolio showing branding, campaign work, UI/UX, and motion design across various platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Presentation design tools.Solid understanding of design principles- grid, hierarchy, typography, color theory, balance, and UX fundamentals.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, developers, and clients.Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a deep attention to detail.Ability to defend creative decisions with confidence and rationale.
