DecisionPoint seeks a Creative Imagery Producer to lead the planning, production, editing, and delivery of high-quality multimedia content in support of a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role oversees the creation of videos, animations, dynamic motion graphics, podcasts, webinars, and visual storytelling products that enhance mission communication and outreach.The Creative Imagery Producer supports both scripted and unscripted content development, manages multimedia workflows, and ensures final products meet enterprise brand, quality, and accessibility standards. This role collaborates with designers, writers, strategists, and technical teams to deliver compelling creative content through digital, broadcast, and stakeholder channels.This position is fully remote. Note By applying to this position, you acknowledge and consent to having your resume included in an active competitive government contract bid.**The Creative Imagery Producer willManage end-to-end production for videos, animations, podcasts, webinars, and multimedia storytelling products. Oversee concept development, scripting support, storyboarding, and production planning. Film, edit, and produce video content, ensuring high production quality and brand alignment. Coordinate post-production workflows including editing, audio mixing, motion graphics, captioning, and packaging. Produce webinars and live or recorded broadcast-style events including technical setup and moderation support. Develop multimedia assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and enterprise communication platforms. Ensure all multimedia outputs meet 508/WCAG accessibility standards, including captions, transcripts, and accessible formats. Maintain asset libraries, media archives, templates, and version control. Analyze multimedia performance metrics to inform continuous improvement. Collaborate with communications, UX, creative, and IT teams to align multimedia products with enterprise needs. Support rapid-turnaround production requests and mission-critical content development. Clearance RequirementCandidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher.Education (Required)Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Multimedia Production, Visual Communications, Animation, Broadcast Journalism, or a related field.Experience (Required)Minimum 7 years of experience producing and editing multimedia content (video, animation, audio, webinars). Demonstrated experience developing both scripted and unscripted content. Experience producing motion graphics, dynamic explainers, or multimedia storytelling assets. Experience collaborating with creative, communications, and technical teams. Experience ensuring multimedia accessibility and compliance with 508/WCAG. Technical Knowledge (Required)Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator). Strong understanding of video production workflows, lighting, audio capture, and editing. Knowledge of webinar platforms, broadcast-style recording, and live-stream tools. Familiarity with captioning tools, transcription workflows, and accessibility remediation. Technical Knowledge (Preferred)Experience with animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) or advanced motion graphics. Familiarity with podcast production, narrative audio design, or voiceover workflows. Experience working in federal or DoD environments. Certifications (Preferred)Multimedia production, video editing, or animation certifications ITIL v4 Foundation Creative direction or digital media certifications SkillsStrong creative and production leadership abilities. Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills. High level of technical proficiency in multimedia production tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality creative output.
