Build Influence.This is a deeply trusted, high-autonomy partnership with Jason Middleton, CEO and Founder of Silver Air. The Executive Personal Assistant manages the entire ecosystem surrounding the CEO - ensuring his time, focus, energy, and daily rhythm operate with precision across business, lifestyle, wellness, media, aviation, and household domains.This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a hybrid position spanning personal support, operational coordination, media and brand execution, and household workflow management.Workload split:65% Personal Support & Lifestyle Management30% Business/Operational Coordination5% Household OversightKey ResponsibilitiesPersonal & Lifestyle Management (Majority of the Role)-Manage the CEO’s day from the first organizing call around 8:00 AM through evening wrap-up.-Maintain smooth personal rhythm across health, wellness, travel, content, fitness, and daily routines.-Coordinate personal appointments, projects, purchases, brand relationships, and household scheduling.-Manage travel logistics-commercial, private aviation, and international planning.-Ensure the CEO’s environment is always prepared, uncluttered, and optimized for performance and creativity.Operational & Business Coordination-Oversee the CEO’s inbox and calendar with exceptional precision.-Coordinate priorities with the Chief People Officer and other executives.-Organize agendas, meeting prep, follow-ups, and task management.-Serve as a stabilizing point between operations, Flight Club media, aviation teams, and business initiatives.-Maintain confidentiality across all business and personal domains.Media, Brand, & Public-Facing Support-Assist with content planning and light production for:-Flight Club Podcast-Social media presence-Brand partnerships-Lifestyle and travel projects-Ensure brand standards and timelines are met for both CEO and Silver Air content.Household Oversight (Light Support)-Coordinate with household vendors and service providers.-Maintain flow, upkeep scheduling, and quality control.-Support alignment between household operations and the CEO’s personal/work schedule.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseCore Competencies-Exceptional organization and time-management skills.-High emotional intelligence; ability to anticipate needs before they surface.-High discretion, confidentiality, and judgment.-Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, fluid environment.Technical & Operational Ability-Mastery of calendar management and communication protocols.-Experience supporting an executive with complex, evolving priorities.-Ability to manage travel, logistics, events, and household workflows.-Strong digital fluency (Apple ecosystem, productivity apps, content organization tools).Professional & Personal Attributes-Highly proactive; no “reminding” needed.-Detail-driven, visually aware, and polished.-Comfortable interacting with high-profile personalities, hospitality environments, pilots, operators, media teams, and wellness professionals.BenefitsWe care deeply about making Silver Air an incredible place to work and we invest a significant amount of time and energy into creating and maintaining a company culture that provides our team with a generous level of support whilst inspiring them to do their best work.The specific benefits/perks we offer are continually evolving, but currently include:Fully paid for Health Insurance coverage for you and your familyGenerous personal development and employee assistance programsTop of the line equipment (Apple, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)Flexible leadership teamCell phone allowancePet insuranceTravel insuranceCompetitive salaryUnlimited PTO
