If you’re looking for real challenges and rapid growth, Beloz is for you.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated, dynamic Credit Analyst / Data Scientist to implement and manage credit models and policies. You’ll apply analytical models to improve decisions around credit risk, loan approvals, and fraud prevention. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with 1-2 years of experience who want to apply their analytical skills in a fast-moving, collaborative fintech environment. You’ll play a key role in building models and translating analytical insights into clear, actionable policies that ensure the quality and effectiveness of our credit decisions.ResponsibilitiesBuild, implement, and monitor predictive models and credit strategies.Help design and roll out credit policies based on analytical models.Analyze credit data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.Continuously track policy performance, produce clear reports, and propose enhancements.Collaborate closely with internal teams to align risk and fraud strategies.QualificationsMust have:Recent graduate with 1-2 years of professional experience.Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.Experience with SQL and Python.Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis.Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and metrics.Nice to have:Prior experience in credit or fraud prevention.Experience with GitHub.Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.Experience with AI frameworks.Soft skills:Analytical, results-oriented, proactive, and self-directed.Comfortable working independently on a project, as well as working alongside a team.You appreciate getting feedback - both positive and negative - and are quick to apply and use it to constantly improve yourself.You are never shy to point out things that can be improved.You are confident in your abilities, but always humble and a team player.Languages: Spanish and can understand and communicate in English.What We OfferDirect involvement in business-critical projects.Accelerated professional growth within an experienced, high-energy team.A collaborative environment with continuous learning.Flexible work and the option to be 100% remote.How to ApplySend your CV to jacobo.salomon@amiloz.com
