We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Vice President, Revenue, to lead and grow our business across Mexico and Latin America. Based in Mexico City, this leader will be responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding new consulting engagements. We’re looking for someone with deep experience in professional services and strong financial services industry connections, who brings both strategic insight and a passion for developing high-performing teams.As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee revenue performance, execute go-to-market strategies, and foster a disciplined, client-centric culture that positions RGP for long-term success.What you will work onLead market sales efforts with P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic execution across the Mexico/Latam region.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client footprint and deepen wallet share.Drive new business generation through disciplined pipeline management, client diversification, and account expansion.Set clear business development goals, define success metrics, and hold the team accountable for high performance.Partner with Consulting, Talent, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement and solution delivery.Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across strategic clients and industry networks.Solidify and expand our financial services practice and service offerings while driving near-shore scalability in partnership with global revenue leaders.Leverage data and insights to forecast accurately, measure progress, and refine territory performance.Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team through mentorship, collaboration, and clear accountability.Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and expense management to support informed business planning.Serve as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Champion operational excellence, system discipline, and data integrity.Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and performance excellence—leading with empathy, integrity, and energy.What you will bringBachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.10+ years of sales leadership experience in professional services, consulting, or staffing, including regional oversight and P&L responsibility.Proven success leading high-performing sales teams and delivering results across Fortune 500/1000 clients.Strong financial services and banking industry expertise with deep local connections.Experience selling consulting solutions at scale within global or Big 4 consulting environments.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Skilled in sales management, strategic partnerships, and operations leadership.Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.Demonstrated ability to drive vision, motivate teams, and lead through change in complex environments.High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, team-first leadership style.Ability to travel within the region as required.What you can expectAll Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.What we doAt RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
