Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a Credit Analyst for the Credit Order Management function to provide service and support to corporate and non-corporate account customers for various Ecolab's divisions with regard to order review, customer inquiries, promises to pay and other credit-related disputes.What You Will DoRespond to incoming emails to divisional credit support regarding escalated order reviewAccurately communicate the division specific guidelines to internal stakeholders.Effectively work order block credit queue.Meet strict SLA timelinesDetermine order hold status based on divisional guidelinesUtilize strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate in a professional mannerResearch past due balance on accounts for determining order resolution.Provide accurate information as needed by sales and credit Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent2 years of experience working in credit, finance, accounting, customer service, and/or related technical or customer service fieldNo immigration sponsorship availablePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a finance, accounting, business or a related fieldIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access, or the ability to be trainedCredit/collections experience and/or customer service experience related to large corporate customersExperience in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Access)Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesEffective oral and written communication skillsMust have demonstrated initiative and ability to work independentlySelf-motivated and both detail and process orientedProven analytical and problem solving skillsStrong critical thinking and decision making skillsOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
