In Estonia, OP operates as a corporate bank for large companies. In 2007, leasing services were launched, and in the spring of 2011, a branch of the bank for corporate clients was opened in Tallinn.The company is currently looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join the team in Tallinn.Company is offering a fixed contract for up to 31.08.2026.As Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in conducting financial analyses and providing in-depth credit assessments that drive sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risk, support strategic lending, and contribute to ESG and green finance initiatives. Credit Analyst will join an operational team in Estonia (3 colleagues).Key responsibilities:🔸Review and process customer’s financial information🔸Evaluate existing/potential client financial ratios and compare them with industry peers🔸Evaluate clients’ credit history and other relevant information🔸Prepare credit analyses and present them to decision-makers🔸Collaborate closely with sales and risk management teams🔸Review external real estate valuations presented to the Bank🔸Generate ESG analysis based on the industry in which the company operates🔸Participate in the assessment of Green and sustainability loans🔸Check covenant compliance🔸Perform industry reviews for certain industriesAbout you:🔸More than 3 years’ experience in a similar role🔸Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or any other related field🔸Strong grasp of accounting principles, with keen attention to detail🔸Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian🔸Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)🔸Accuracy and ability to select the most relevant information about the company and its financial performance and prospects🔸Self-motivated and disciplined, with strong time-management skills🔸Good communication and co-operation skillsWhen you join us, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package tailored to your local market, opportunities for remote work, and more.Please send your application by 1st of December 2025 to our recruitment partner, Karin Jarvet by email: karin@jarvet.com.
