Risk Specialist

We are looking for a Risk Specialist to help implement our risk management program and ensure the reliability and continuity of our management systems and services.Your roleAs a Risk Specialist, you will be part of the quality and risk management team, where you will:Map, assess, and document information security risksLink risks to IT assets and prepare impact analysesContribute to the development and implementation of risk management processesManage the risk register and collaborate with specialists from other departmentsEnsure compliance with risk management standards (e.g., ISO 27005, E-ITS)Participate in audits and coordinate follow-up activitiesWhat we expect from youHigher education in information technology (completed or in progress)Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software developmentKnowledge of risk management or motivation to learn this fieldEstonian citizenship (required for this position)Preferred skills and experienceExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Linux and Windows servers, databases, and network technologiesSolution-oriented mindsetStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyWhy join us?A supportive and motivated team that values knowledge-sharingFlexible working arrangements — work where you are most effective35 days of vacation, 3 health days, health insurance or sports compensation, training opportunities, and team eventsCompetitive salary and the chance to contribute to work with significant impactApply and help shape a system-wide risk management culture!
