Credit Manager – Business & RuralHi, I'm Andrew Pike, Head Of Business & Rural Credit At Heartland Bank. I Have An Awesome Opportunity I'd Love To Share With You. Here's Some InfoIs this your next role?You'll be part of a team that assesses Business, Rural, Reverse Mortgages, SME and Asset Finance lending applications, whilst making decisions in line with the Bank's risk appetite and policies.Does this sound like you?You will have credit management experience in financial services as well as experience in rural, commercial and SME lending. You may come from Asset finance, a finance company or banking background, demonstrating strong commercial acumen. A great collaborator, with excellent stakeholder management skills.You're a Pro WithFinancial Analysis, an understanding of accounting and finance, ability to read and understand financial statement, strong financial analysis skills, and financial modelling experience.Good time-management skills, ability to manage time effectively while working on multiple projects and deadlines.Effective verbal and written communication.Comprehensive knowledge of credit decisioning and administering a delegated lending discretion.Effective negotiation and relationship building skills.Commercial acumen.Team player with the ability to work independently.Willingness to take responsibility.A Bit About Us And What We DoHeartland is an NZX/ASX-listed financial services group with big growth plans.
