About The JobCredit Portfolio Manager for Securitised Products Group (SPG) works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes. It covers Asset-Backed Securities, Collateralised Loan Obligation and Private Debt FinancingYour Main Activities Will BeCredit Management of the SPG securitisation portfolioUnderstand and analyse the transactions’ structure, credit risk and profitabilityCreate and update credit memoranda for annual reviews, renewals, amendments and waivers; participate in credit committeesUpdate quarterly securitisation watchlist reportsMonitor transaction performance and review transaction risks (e.g. changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers, covenant compliance)Portfolio Management of the SPG securitisation portfolioAssist in executing, closing and onboarding new transactions, including preparation of internal documentation and booking and control of funding requestsMaintain portfolio reports ‒ including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, budgeting and forecasting for Profit and Loss, capital, and liquidityReview and contribute to regulatory capital calculation of SPG transactionsContribute to Transversal ProjectsMaintain and update internal policies and procedures; implement new or revised risk policies and related toolsHelp improve portfolio management and monitoring tools and processes, increasing the team’s productivity through automation and efficiency measuresProfile And Skills To SuccessAcademic Background Management, Finance, Economy or similar degrees1-3 years of professional experience in Banking, Insurance sector and/or ConsultancyExcellent communication skills and fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office ExcelGreat team spirit and ability to collaborate with othersAttention to detail with an analytical approach with ability to synthetizeWhy joining BNP Paribas?
