Head of Finance - Relocation to Dubai | Scale-up Opportunity

We are searching for a highly driven Head of Finance to join a fast-growing, international scale-up in the wellness & lifestyle sector. The position is based in Dubai, with a comprehensive relocation package provided.About the RoleWe are looking for a finance leader with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills. You will be responsible for building a robust financial framework and driving our long-term financial strategy. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic environment, balancing high-level planning with the ability to streamline and scale finance operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Planning: Lead the FP&A function, provide key business insights, and develop financial models to guide our growth.Controlling & Accounting: Oversee all controlling and accounting activities to ensure accurate reporting and a strong control environment.Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership, translating financial data into actionable business strategies and KPIs.Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day financial operations, from cash flow management to resource allocation, ensuring agility and efficiency.Value Creation: Identify and champion initiatives that improve financial discipline, optimize ROI, and drive long-term company valuation.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A, controlling, and accounting. Recent experience in a scale-up environment is essential.Acumen: Proven track record in financial modeling, business case development, and strategic analysis. You must have a strong business intuition and the ability to solve complex problems with data.Personality: You are a collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented leader who can champion a data-driven culture across the company.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
