What will your day look like?Respond to emails, phone calls;Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges;Checks the status of orders and solves the issues of the orders;Work with team leader of customer care to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.Who are we looking for?Excellent communication skills and a strong command of local language;Call center or customer service experience preferred;Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;Native Ukrainian language, knowledge of english language min.
