KM Group is looking for Front Desk Executive / ReceptionistJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized individual to serve as a Receptionist & Business Development Assistant. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of managing front-desk operations with supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Reception & Administrative Duties:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Handle daily incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier packages.Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.Assist in general administrative tasks and clerical support as needed.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor/HonorsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)MastersSkills Required: Transport/ Airline/ Travel, Fornt Desk, Customer Service Management, Effective Business Communication Skill, Problem solving and multi tasking skill, Situation based decisionmaking, Time Management and PrioritizationExperience Requirements2 to 6 year(s)Additional RequirementsFront office service, Aviation,Hospitality Management, or a related field.Work in a dynamic, professional, and customer-focused environmentGain hands-on experience in both administrative and commercial aviation operationsJob LocationDhaka (Uttara)
