Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Colombo. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, facilitating communication, and supporting the sales process. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer SatisfactionStrong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customersExperience in Sales and an understanding of customer purchasing behaviorProblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureEmpathy, patience, and a commitment to excellent servicePrevious experience in customer-facing roles is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field is advantageous
